Thinking about the ARK and how fish behaviour could be monitored.

There already exists a temperature compensating feeder from Aquaponics lab.

What would it look like to factor in the fish behaviour into a feeding regime?

So if fish were observed using an underwater USB camera & A Pi what analysis could you run?

Some useful tools might include Ctrax, IDtracker, Bemovi

It might be possible to analyse this data and look to see if the fish are gasping, sitting on the bottom etc

It might also be interesting to set up a camera in the feeding box. If 5 mins after feeding there is leftover food in the box then feed one second/gram less next time. If there is no leftover food 5 mins after feeding feed for one second/gram more next time.
